NOTE: The 4.2.2 and 4.2.7 both use the same pinouts and look almost identical. Below is showing a V4.2.7.
Take note of the Filament sensor port (J1). The S pin is the SIGNAL pin (commonly yellow or white on filament sensor cables, the - pin is the GROUND pin (usually black wire), and the + is the 5V pin (commonly red wire).
On the BL-Touch port the 1st 3 pins are for the power and control signal (labeled IN) and the G and OUT pins are for the Z signal connection for the BLTouch/CRTouch. We have pinouts for these sensors here in our Support Portal if you search for "bltouch pinout" or "crtouch pinout".
