This are error codes that we've encountered with our K2 Plus and documenting what we found to be the issue and workarounds. These are ones not found in the official wiki for the K2 Plus.

From what we can tell this error signals an issue between the main board and the nozzle toolhead board. This could indicate an issue with the toolhead board and/or the cabling to the board itself.
Reseating the cables on the toolhead board and the other board inside the printer enclosure may clear this error. If your main cable for the toolhead board has tons of glue in it then you will likely need a replacement cable and board to fix any issues (this is what ended up happening to our in house machine).
